If the rumors are true, Hellmuth could be joining the likes of Marie Osmond, Joey Lawrence, Kelly Osbourne, Bristol Palin, Donny Osmond, Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino and more.<\/p>\n<p>You may wonder how this rumor got started. Well, looks like Phil Hellmuth started it himself when he <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/phil_hellmuth\/status\/16050751344222208\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">sent out a tweet<\/a> earlier this month that said, \u201cOMG Phil Hellmuth (me!) on Dancing with the Stars!\u201d Outrageous! Might make a fool out of myself on Worldwide Television one more time\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepokerpractice.com\/poker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Phil-Hellmuth-Twitter.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-690 alignleft\" title=\"Phil Hellmuth Twitter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thepokerpractice.com\/poker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Phil-Hellmuth-Twitter-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepokerpractice.com\/poker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Phil-Hellmuth-Twitter-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thepokerpractice.com\/poker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Phil-Hellmuth-Twitter.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/abc.go.com\/shows\/dancing-with-the-stars\/about-the-show\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Dancing with the Stars page<\/a> on the ABC website says that they are currently casing for the next season and are <a href=\"http:\/\/abc.go.com\/shows\/dancing-with-the-stars\/cast-season12\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">asking viewers<\/a> who they would pick from a variety of categories including singer, athlete, actor, reality star, comedian and model. Maybe Hellmuth tweeted in order to get people to vote for him, or maybe ABC has already cast him. In any case, we won\u2019t know for sure until the lineup for the show\u2019s twelfth season is announced.<\/p>\n<p>I think it would be pretty interesting to see Phil Hellmuth on Dancing with the Stars. He had a cameo appearance in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SCQbV1S4nAs\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Ludacris\u2019 Sex Room video<\/a> earlier this year, but he didn\u2019t have the chance to show off any of his dance moves.
